If something is not obvious for a collection of human knowledge then it’s clear you should do something, which is different to User testing with AI which is not an user

It's true, AI can mitigate some of this burden before it reaches actual users, as it is capable of recognizing patterns and behaviors to a certain extent.
Oh this is awesome! I was exploring how to use AI more for user research and validation this week, but more for helping with planning questions, analysing data etc. This was so interesting and sparked some ideas. I’m going to try it out on a few projects, will let you know how it goes! Thanks for sharing.
