Love these tactical methods of answering these questions. Still struggle a bit in agreeing on the value of using these types of questions in interviews over really digging into to specific examples...but I guess that's why I'm IC and not a hiring manager!
That’s a great thought, Mike 🤔 there’s tons of information out there about the recruiting process of these companies, but haven’t seen something yet about how these questions make the difference in getting the best talent and how they perform in reality at work.
